Through extensive advertising, we will be bringing in serious buyers who are looking at purchasing heavy equipment, trucks and tractors. We then get the buyer pre-approved for financing with our sister company, Swanson Financial Group, Inc. After we get them pre-approved, this is where you come in.

By making our clients go through an entire application process, you get to be rest assured that the buyer is serious and qualified. What "On Demand Advertising" means is that you advertise directly to the buyer at the moment he wants to buy that type of equipment.

And the best thing about our system is it's free advertising!! We"re not going to charge you one red cent to place your "On Demand" ad! Nor are we going to charge you referral fees or commissions. We keep it free for you so in return you can offer our clients the best prices out there!

The way LoanBidBuy.com works is through a few simple steps:

  1. First, we get our clients pre-approved for financing. This is important because if someone is willing to take the time to fill out an entire application and actually apply, it shows that they are serious. Once we get them pre-approved, an email alert goes out to our network of dealers, in the region selected by the client, indicating the type of equipment our client is looking for. And so you're not inundated with equipment alert emails, we'll only send you the alert if it fits in the equipment categories you specified that you sell.
  2. Next you log into our website, view the request and any other requests that are still active, and place your "On Demand" ad. Now, we will only be allowing 10 ads for each item, after that, no more ads can be placed. We do that so we don't overwhelm the buyer as well as give you a better chance of winning the business. When you place your ad, it will be blind, meaning you will not be able to see others ads, nor can they see yours. The only one that can see it is the buyer!
  3. In the ad, you'll indicate a couple of things: the make, model, year and price as well as your value added proposition. You'll want to give the lowest price you can sell it for and since you're not paying for any commissions, referral fees, or advertising, you'll have an advantage over dealers outside the network. As for the value added proposition, this is where you'll mention any warranties or other information that would give you a better chance of winning the bid. The reason why that is so important is because we don't want this to be just about the lowest price, because there are so many other factors to help determine where someone should buy their equipment. We guarantee our clients the best price, which includes value.
  4. While the different ads are being placed, our client is notified and they will go into the website and search through the ads related to their request. Once they find the one they want, they select that dealer and you're notified that they want to buy your equipment. We will then begin working on getting the financing done. Once our client has returned the finance docs signed with a check for their downpayment, we then send out an equipment inspector to your facility to do an equipment condition report. He'll take pictures and verify the equipment is what you've said it to be.
